Biography[edit]
Stevens took a picture of Mr. Rogers when it was learned that he was at Arthur's house. "Arthur Meets Mister Rogers" When Buster saved a cat from a tree, Stevens and his partner did a follow-up story with him. Later, he and Julie were following Buster when he was asked to save the robotic cat. "Buster Baxter, Cat Saver" On another occasion, Stevens and Murphy investigated a tip about Francine. "Citizen Frensky"
