Spanakopita is a traditional Greek dish made with layers spinach, feta, and herbs, baked in a phyllo dough.
In "Freaky Tuesday," Buster dreams that a dish of spanakopita is sitting in the teacher's lounge, prepared by Mr. Rambacher who is experimenting with "cooking with lightning." Buster and Mr. Ratburn eat a piece of it.
