Spadina Road Animal Shelter (formerly Elwood City Animal Shelter) is located in the Southeast quadrant of Elwood City. As implied by the name, it is a shelter for animals. Upon the interior walls, are a wide assortment of animal (mostly dog) pictures. There are two known workers, Frank and Mr. Samuels.
