The Sahara is the world's largest desert located in Northern Africa.
Arthur, Buster, Francine, Muffy and Binky visit it in a fantasy in the introduction of Feeling Flush. The end up there "after a trip to the Ellwood Petting Zoo went wrong. Horribly wrong!". They have only a bag of extra spicy chili pepper popcorn and a bottle of water which they waste by squirting it at vultures and throwing water balloons.
