Rattles' Mom is the mother of Rattles and the ex-wife of Rattles' father. She is currently engaged to her co-worker, Archie Vanderloo.
She appears in "Thanks a Lot, Binky" coming out of Mr. Haney's office after Binky told Mr. Haney that Rattles was about to do a dangerous stunt. She was briefly mentioned in "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" when Rattles says "I don't hold my mom's hand much because my palms get sweaty."

In her appearances, she wears a white turtleneck sweater, an orange jacket, jeans, and carries an orange purse that matches the color of her jacket. She has a gray skin complexion and has long black hair.
