Rafi is a waiter who works at The Sugar Bowl. He is a big fan of Buster's movie reviews in the Elwood City Times, mostly because Buster only wrote about action movies with lots of explosions. He does, however, think that Brain's blog is cool, too.

• He is voiced by Cameron Ansell, who previously voiced Arthur Read from Season 9 to Season 11. This is just like Jay, a waiter who was voiced by Michael Yarmush, another actor who was the first voice of Arthur.
