Mr. Stupendous is a comic book series mentioned in "Arthur's Cousin Catastrophe". Cousin George traded three comics of this series for a Spider Guy comic, but he says it was worth it. That either means Spider Guy is cooler than Mr. Stupendous, Cousin George just likes him more, or the Spider Guy comic was more valuable because it was the first issue.
