Mr. Fox is a man who gives Arthur the book 93,000,000 Miles in a Balloon, which he had gotten from his grandfather when he was a child. He and Mrs. Fox also host a party in the episode, because they are going to be moving to a retirement home. Though they do have the party, he prefers to stay inside and pack, instead of at the party with "boring young people."
