Manny's Diner is a diner near the city limit of Elwood City. It is owned by Manny and it is unknown if there are any workers besides an unnamed waitress. Arthur went there to eat after getting lost across the city, because he missed a stop for his swimming lessons as a result of falling asleep on the bus.
