Loki Benediktssen is the main protagonist of the book series Loki Benediktssen and the Teenage Aesir.
Biography[edit]
Loki, like the other Teenage Aesir, is descended from the Norse gods. He is first introduced on a mission to help Vidar and the dwarves make it to the prom by finding the cloak of falcon feathers, which was somewhere in Niflheim. On another mission, he and Vidar were hurrying to Camp Bifrost to get the necklace of tears when they encountered the Fenrir Wolf.
He later fought with Detective Kilgore over the question of whether Buster should read his book or another book that he enjoys more; Kilgore was victorious and Loki flew away, still confident in the support of his numerous other fans.
Physical appearance[edit]
Loki Benediktssen is an anthropomorphic cat or bear with a tan complexion. He has long, blond hair and green eyes. He wears purple shorts with dark grey stripes, a light grey V-neck T-shirt with a medium grey collar, brown leather boots, a brown belt, and a Viking helmet with horns. Loki also wears orange bracelets and keeps a sword on his belt.
Personality[edit]
Loki is easygoing, but can be serious if he needs to be. His casualness can often be taken as rude, as Kilgore demonstrated when Loki called him "dude". Loki can be overconfident in himself because of his fans, whom he believes will never lose interest in him or in his books.
Abilities and skills[edit]
- Flight - Loki can hover a few inches from the ground, or fly at great speeds for short distances.
- Energy beams - Loki can fire beams of green energy from his hands powerful enough to blow back an opponent.
- Object creation - Loki conjured up a miniature boat to ride on. It is unknown if this is the only object he is capable of creating.
- Shapeshifting - Loki can change his form, and was seen transforming into a wild boar.
- Swordsmanship - His skill level is unknown, but Loki has demonstrated some knowledge at sword-fighting.

- He is a parody of Percy Jackson.
- Ironically, Percy Jackson's creator Rick Riordan later created a series based on Norse mythology.
- His name could be a reference to the Marvel Comics villain Loki Odinson.
