Jill is a cashier at Crystalwerks in the Mill Creek Mall. She was working at the cash register when Arthur bought a glass bird for his mother.
At the time Arthur came into the store, she was apparently the only cashier working a busy line of eleven people. She was reasonably polite, but fell asleep when Arthur paid for the bird, a $9.59 purchase, entirely in coins.
