Helene-Marie is a lie Emily told to protect a ball she stole from D.W. in Emily Swallows a Horse.
When D.W spots Marie-Helene at a supermarket, even though Emily claimed she was sick. D.W sees this at an opportunity to confront Emily. The next day at school Emily lies and says it was her twin sister "Helene-Marie".
