The Haney Hero is a hero sandwich dish served in the Sugar Bowl which appeared on a sign in "Bitzi's Break-up". It appears to be topped with cheese, meatballs, tomato sauce, and fries. It can be assumed that the dish is named for Mr. Haney, principal of Lakewood Elementary School.
