In Ladonna's nightmare, her Graduchrismirthday was a combined celebration of her high school graduation, Christmas, and her birthday. The event was held because her father, Rufus, had a high probability of missing many of these events due to his work with the Army Corps of Engineers in disaster relief. There were thirty candles on her cake, as the celebration was intended to signify many of her birthdays in a single event, and she was even given the keys to a car that she wouldn't receive until her actual graduation from high school.
