Grace is a person Mrs. Tibble was talking to on the phone in Arthur Meets Mister Rogers. Mrs. Tibble was up late for Neighborhood Crime Watch duty and had to hang up on Grace to call 9-1-1 after mistaking Brain, Prunella, and Rubella for burglars.
