Flip is a talking spatula that appears in Francine's dream in "The Great MacGrady". It has holes that look and move like eyebrows, eyes, nose and mouth.
Francine is worried about Mrs. MacGrady having cancer. In her dream, Mrs. MacGrady packs up her things in the cafeteria and leaves. One of those things is Flip. "Meet Flip, my lucky spatula. Flip and I have been through a lot together, haven’t we, Flip?"
