Falafels are a food sold by Mr. Contabulous at his falafel truck. Sue Ellen bought one when she was writing a graphic novel.
Behind the scenes[edit]
Falafel is a traditional Middle Eastern street food. The name Falafel actually refers to the ball-shaped, deep-fried chickpea patties. As a sandwich, it is served in a pita bread pocket with lettuce and topped with a yogurt-tahini sauce.
