Elwood City Celebrates the Holidays was a section on the Arthur page of the PBS Kids website. It had multiple games and activities, all of which centered around different holidays. It was fully removed after the site's revamp in October 2018, and Celebrate the Holidays! has entirely replaced it.

- A Perfect Preview, a clip of Arthur's Perfect Christmas.
- Holiday E-Cards, a page where users could send e-cards.
- Postcards, where postcards could be sent through either e-mail or regular mail.
- The Music Box, a game with holiday tunes and puzzles.
- Brain's Big Book, facts about holidays.
- D.W.'s Dress Up, a dress-up game.
- Holiday Coloring Pages, black-and-white drawings that can be printed out.
- Sue Ellen's Scrapbook, which has images of holidays.
