Dopey Dobbs and Patch is a comic that Brain reads in the opening to "Brain and the Time Capsule." Brain thinks it's funny, but Arthur doesn't understand it. The comic features a dog named Dobbs and a cat named Patch. In one part, Patch puts hot sauce on the waffles that Dobbs is eating.
