The City of Doom is a horrible underground city protected by Grotesquely Grim Bunny from the even more horrible Creepy Weasel Monkey Mole, who lives in a warren beneath a junkyard known as the under-underground.
The main appearance of the city is a ruined castle and rocky cliffs. All residents of the city are dark and grim, even the good guys. The main gate has a welcome mat, which is actually a springboard to launch victims directly to the heart of the city.
Despite the city's overall degeneration, several structures have maintained their original shapes. Doomwood Elementary, the city's elementary school, has normal doors and lockers in an underground cave. A soda shop resembling the Sugar Bowl is also present, complete with seats, tables, and neon signs.
