Captain Underpants and the Wrath of the Wicked Wedgie Woman is a humorous book. Fern has read it before and loved it. "Fernkenstein's Monster" This book is about two kids named George and Harold using a 3-D Hypno-ring to attempt to hypnotize their no-good teacher, Miss Ribble (a pun on misreable), into a perfect teacher, but discovering the ring does the exact opposite to women then intended, it turns her into an evil supervillain. It is up to Captain Underpants (Mr. Krupp, the principal and his alter ego) to save the day.
