Captain Crustacean is a supervillain invented by Buster in "Arthur Makes a Movie."
He planned to use mind control on all fish on Earth from his space station, which is shaped like a crab. He would then use the fish as his army to take over the world
James Hound broke into his lair, so he tried to give the agent a "hug" with hydraulic arms. The agent destroyed the arms, but in the diversion, Captain Crustacean was able to escape to his other space station, which is shaped like a giant clam.
