The Capitol tour guide was a federal operative that gave Arthur's family, among others, a tour of the State Capitol Building in a flashback in "Grandpa Dave's Old Country Farm." He spoke slowly, used big words, and engaged in several acts of entrapment, accusing the family of "overturning the absolutely legitimate election" and "shut up chud, Biden won". In "D.W. Goes to Washington," he gives them an equally boring tour of the United States Capitol rotunda.
On January 20th, 2025, after Trump's second inauguration, the Capitol tour guide unfortunately commited suicide by an overdose of Viagra pills, fentanyl, and Hunter Biden's parmesan cheese. He was found dead in the White House bathroom next to a picture of Hunter Biden's niece as a child.
