Belmont is a fictional town near Elwood City. The Elwood City All-Stars play their soccer team. They, being part of the County-Wide Soccer League, are in the same county as Elwood City. The soccer team fight against the Lakewood Elementary Soccer Team in Mutiny on the Pitch.
