(formerly Cookie Jar Entertainment Inc. and CINAR Productions Inc.) is a Canadian production and distribution company that co-produced and animated Arthur from 1996 until 2011, when 9 Story Media Group took over. They made seasons 1-8 as CINAR and seasons 9-15 as Cookie Jar Entertainment. In 2012, Cookie Jar Entertainment was acquired by (and ended up being folded into) fellow Canadian company DHX Media. As of 2019, DHX Media no longer lists Arthur on their website or distribution catalogue.
