DHX Media (formerly Cookie Jar Entertainment and Cinar Entertainment) was a producer of Arthur until 2012, when 9 Story Entertainment took over. They made seasons 1-8 as Cinar and seasons 9-15 as Cookie Jar. In 2012, the company was merged into DHX Media and is now known as the subsidiary DHX Cookie Jar. WGBH produced Arthur in the USA, while DHX produced Arthur in Canada untill 2012 and Oasis Animation became Arthur's Current Producer in Canada, While WGBH is still Arthur's producer in the USA
