"Brain Freeze Villain" is an unnamed enemy of Bionic Bunny. He had captured Bionic Bunny and was going to use a "super cool-ossal slush cupatron" to give him a "bionic brain freeze," but the show switched to a commercial for the Big Boss Bar before it was seen what happened.
Trivia
- He is a parody of Mr. Freeze from Batman, but actually has more resemblance to Brain Freezer from Johnny Test, especially because of his frozen drink theme and his high-pitched, nasally voice.
