Summary
A heat wave hits Elwood City and causes a blackout, leaving Arthur and D.W. without TV or air conditioning. Alberto and Vicita's family doesn't mind the blackout...what's their secret?

The episode opens with Dr.Jake talking about the rising temperature. Arthur makes a glass of lemonade and pushes D.W out of the way to get to the air conditioner.
Trivia
- When D.W. is cooling herself in front of the air conditioner, Arthur brings a glass of lemonade to her which contains two ice cubes. D.W. asks if there are still some ice cubes left in the freezer and says,"Things have a way of disappearing in that freezer." This may be a reference to the disappearance of D.W.'s snowball back in the first season.
