Slappy Blackhead is a teenager that in every appearance does things typical to teenage boys.
His character was first used in "D.W.'s Time Trouble" as the title character of Slappy Blackhead's Way Cool Journey Through Time, a movie about a prankster that goes back in time to make his "uncool" principal fall in garbage.
The character was recolored and was made a real person in "Bleep!". He was rude to his mother and said a curse word to her after she forbade him to go to a concert, which D.W. heard. It assumed after cursing at his mom he was most likely punished significantly by his mom.
He also appeared in "Tales of Grotesquely Grim Bunny" when he went to Meteor Comix when Gerald took it over and sold horror comics at the store. He is friends with another teenage boy.
In the Postcards From Buster episode, "Lost and Found", his mother was seen in Guanajuato, Mexico, which hints he may be from Mexico or maybe Latino American. He may also speak Spanish as well.
In "Arthur's Missing Pal," his character appearance may have be reused for the tractor driver.
Appearance
Slappy has a cream complexion and wears a green sweater with white in the middle, black pants, and red and white sneakers. He also has short brown hair.
In his original appearance, his skin was orange-tan, his sweatshirt was black with a blue stripe.
In the episode "Tales of Grotesquely Grim Bunny" he is seen riding and carrying a brown skateboard.
