His name is Alex
I'm just going to say this guy's name is Alex. There have been many times his name was shown throughout the series. So I'm going to update this.

This pretty much also confirms the female rabbit's name in the class, Maria. This is from the episode MacFrensky by the way. There is a good chance everyone's name in Mr. Ratburn's class was probably revealed way before Season 13 as I recalled seeing something simialir to this in the earlier Arthur episodes.
