Stuffed Lambs are plush toys in the shape of lambs. Ayse Akyuz owns one, and considering how Adil specifically said he wouldn't talk about it, it may have a similar story to the one owned by James. Baby Kate also has one (shown in Baby Steps) that looks exactly like James'.
