Stevens[1] is a photographer and reporter for the Elwood City Times. When Buster saved a cat from a tree, he and his partner did a follow-up story with him. Later, he and Julie were following Buster when he was asked to save the robotic cat. On another occasion, he and Murphy investigated a tip about Francine.
