The Elwood City Animal Shelter is located in the Southeast quadrant of Elwood City. As implied by the name, it is a shelter for animals. Both Perky and Nemo are from here. Upon the interior walls, are a wide assortment of animal (mostly dog) pictures. There are two known workers, Frank and an un-named employee.
