Return of the Snowball is the second half of the 9th episode of Season 7. It first aired on November 28, 2002 with "Prunella Sees the Light." It was written by Dietrich Smith and the storyboard was done by Gerry Capelle.
Summary
After being missing for six months, two weeks and four days, D.W.'s Snowball reappears in the freezer! She's ecstatic at first, but realizes if it was taken once, it can be taken again. Can D.W. keep the snowball safe from plotting thieves... or even from melting?

Trivia
- Before the title card,at the beginning, there is an "opening crawl" which is a parody on the Star Wars opening crawl at the beginning of the movies. There is also a "Recently in a galaxy far far away..." statement at the beginning of the episode which is a parody on the Star Wars statement "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away..." that appears at the beginning of the movies.
