Rattles Ciccone is a 4th grader, who is a member of the Tough Customers. He is one of the antagonists in the series. Rattles has been a member of the Tough Customers since the first season. Later in the series, he had a dog called Crusher, who first appeared in Pet Peeved.

He seems interested in knitting. For example, he is a member of Dr. Fugue's knitting club in "Arthur Unravels." Also, it is mentioned throughout the series, though more recently than before, that he is skilled at sewing.

Appearance

Rattles has a brown tuft of hair, sticking out of his baseball hat, which he wears backwards and is red. He wears a black leather jacket, a whiteish yellow T-shirt, green jeans and high tops.
