Mrs. Ciccone is the mother of Rattles. She appears in "Thanks a Lot, Binky" coming out of Mr. Haney's office after Binky told Mr. Haney that Rattles was about to do a dangerous stunt.
Appearance
In her only appearance, she wears a white turtleneck sweater, an orange jacket, jeans, and carries an orange purse that matches the color of her jacket. She has a gray skin complexion and has and has long black hair.
