Rattles's mother appears in "Thanks a Lot, Binky" coming out of Mr. Haney's office after Binky told Mr. Haney that Rattles was about to do a dangerous stunt. She was briefly mentioned in "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" when Rattles says "I don't hold my mom's hand much because my palms get sweaty." She will appear again in Whip. Mix. Blend., according to the summary.

In her only appearance, she wears a white turtleneck sweater, an orange jacket, jeans, and carries an orange purse that matches the color of her jacket. She's one of the characters that has a gray skin complexion and has and has long black hair.
