Rafi[1] is a waiter who works at the Sugar Bowl. He is a big fan of Buster's movie reviews in the Elwood City Times, mostly because Buster only wrote about action movies with lots of explosions. He does, however, think that Brain's blog is cool, too.

- He is voiced by Cameron Ansell, a past voice of Arthur Read. This is like Jay, another waiter who was voiced by another voice actor who portrayed Arthur.
