"Prince Charming" is a generic name given to various handsome young men in fairytales that rescue a damsel in distress (usually a princess) in some way. Although mentioned several times, his first physical appearance (that was not just one of the kids in costume) was in the opening of "Kiss and Tell", where he mistakes D.W.'s tower for Rapunzel's, and leaves when he realizes his mistake.

Because of his medieval clothes and the fact that D.W. was Juliet, he is often mistaken as Romeo from William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet, but he is not, since he was looking for Rapunzel.
