Popular Girl is a magazine for teenage girls. Its name and type is a play on Seventeen. In the Season 3 episode Popular Girls, Francine's sister Catherine is subscribed to this magazine, and the sisters book accidentally took each other's bookbags, and after Francine dumped everything out, her friends became aware of the magazine, and Sue Ellen and Fern became interested in the magazine to test how likable they would be, which would turn their friends away from them.
