Philomena Peckensniff is a girl who was a contestant in the Little Miss Crocus pageant. Previously, she had been the winner of Little Miss Strawberry.
Trivia
- Philomena Peckensniff is either the name of Mary or "3rd Grade Female Aardvark". Since both girls were seen on the stage at the same time, it is unknown which is Philomena and which is Griselda Dorffman.
