Pepe (pronounced pep-AY) is a flea friend of Pal and Kate who tells amazing stories, according to Kate. He is first introduced in "Flea to Be You and Me," and later reappears in Mei Lin Takes a Stand and "Around the World in 11 Minutes." He has a brother named Sale, who is occasionally seen with him.
