Pepe is a flea friend of Pal and Kate who tells amazing stories, according to Kate. He is first introduced in "Flea to Be You and Me," and later reappears in Mei Lin Takes a Stand and "Around the World in 11 Minutes." He has a brother named Salé, who is occasionally seen with him.
