3rd Grade Male Cat is an unnamed third grader who debuted in the episode Arthur's Eyes. He has spoken once in the entire series, which took place in the episode The Lousy Week where he commented on Muffy's green hat that Sue Ellen was wearing.
Like the majority of unnamed characters most information regarding him remain a mystery, though he appears to be a nice kid and gets along with the other kids too.
He has even hung out with the main characters in some episodes. In most of his appearances, he comes across as having a happy disposition.

3rd Grade Male Cat is a cat with a gray complexion. He wears long blue jeans, a blue-green sweater, a yellow shirt underneath his sweater, and brown shoes.
He wears a yellow backpack. He also has some hair growing on his head. In the episode D.W.'s Backpack Mishap, he wears blue swim trunks. In the Fall he wears a cream colored sweater.
