== Personality ==
Patrick is friendly and clearly knows how to interact with children, as shown when he welcomes [[Arthur Read|Arthur]] and [[Francine Frensky|Francine]] into his shop, gives them some samples, and helps them out with their scheme to set Mr. Ratburn up with [[Ms. Turner]]. He has a bit of a mischievous streak to him, knowing full well the kids' matchmaking scheme involving his fiancé will not work, but going along with it.

He is also an expert with chocolate, experimenting with flavors in his shop and convincing prospective customers to buy by letting them try his creations for free.

He appeared in An Arthur Thanksgiving1, he is excellent with technology and helped Arthur by creating Lost Dog posters with Pal's photo.
