Mr. Morris's paramedic is an unnamed medical technician active in Elwood City. He was one of several paramedics to be called to Lakewood Elementary School after a fire broke out in "April 9th."
After the fire broke out at the school, Mr. Morris injured his leg. Binky saw him being placed into a ambulance and asked if he was going to be okay. The paramedic said he was going to be fine and remarked about how lucky he was.
