Paramedic (April 9th) is an unnamed medical technician active in Elwood City. He was one of several paramedics to be called to Lakewood Elementary School after a fire broke out in "April 9th."
After the fire broke out at the school, Mr. Morris injured his leg. Binky saw him being placed into an ambulance and asked if he was going to be okay. The paramedic said he was going to be fine and remarked about how lucky he was.
