Parade Float Club

The Parade Float Club was an organization located at The Tree House during The Strawberry Festival parade. It was also established by Francine to keep D.W. from entering the the Tree House, but Arthur doubted that the idea would would work. Indeed, their attempt to keep D.W. out of the club resulted in everybody separating with D.W. taking over.
