Pal's brothers and sisters are the other golden retriever puppies that were given birth by Perky in Arthur's Pet Business.
It is unknown what happened to them after the episode since only Perky and Pal appeared later in the series. What probably happened is that they were adopted or sold to a pet store, possibly Al's Pet Shop.
