Netkittens are a fictional plush toy in Arthur. This is a parody of Webkinz. Emily and D.W. both have one of these virtual pets, but Arthur says that every kid he knows that are D.W.'s age are obsessed with the toys. It has its own episode named after the fictional toys. D.W.'s Netkitten's name is Tickely and Emily's is Prince Shiny.
